At Essentially Scents and Pets LLC, each order is carefully prepared with intention and care before it leaves our hands. 

Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-3 business days. During busy periods, holidays, or restocks, processing times may be slightly extended. If that happens, we will always do our best to keep you informed.

Shipping Time

once shipped, delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, depending on your location and the shipping Carrier. Delivery times may vary during holidays, weather delays, or peak shipping seasons. 

Shipping Carrier Delays

Please note that once your order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays caused by USPS or other shipping services, but we will always support you in tracking and resolving any issues when possible.

All orders include tracking information, which will be provided once your package has shipped.
