Refund policy

At Essentially Scents and Pets LLC, each product is carefully handcrafted, prepared, and packaged with intention. Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns. 

All Sales Final

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order details and photos of the issue. We will review your concern and work with you to provide a fair resolution, which may include a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Refunds are not guaranteed and are only issued in cases where we determine a valid issue with the order, such as shipping damage or fulfillment error. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. 

Shipping Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other circumstances outside of our control once the order has been shipped. Tracking information is provided for all orders once dispatched.
